Terms of Use

Welcome to the cooperation terms page of hyip.agency. Below are the key terms governing the relationship between our studio and our clients. Please read these terms carefully before starting any collaboration with us. By using this website, you automatically agree to these terms. By accepting this agreement, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old. This agreement becomes void upon the release of a new version. The administration reserves the right to update these terms at its sole discretion and is not obligated to notify users about any changes.

Disclaimer All information provided on hyip.agency is for informational purposes only. Under no circumstances should any content on this website be interpreted as a call to action. The administration bears no responsibility for any lost profits, indirect damages, or incidental losses that may arise from the use of information found on the site. Upon project delivery, full responsibility shifts to the client. All access credentials, wallet keys, project management tools, and financial operations are solely the client’s responsibility. Our studio's role is limited to the technical development and support of our proprietary software. We are not responsible for any other aspects beyond that scope.

Platform Activity Our studio acts as an intermediary in providing various services related to the development and branding of web-based projects. We operate as an outsourced team. Clients who reach out to us receive custom-built products and services tailored to their specific needs and requirements. The studio specializes in the following areas:

  • Development of custom software and turnkey web projects
  • Creation of written content
  • Design and video production
  • Marketing support and audience targeting
  • Consulting services

Ordering Services To use our services, the client should contact us using any convenient method. Ideally, clients should have a clear idea of their needs and expectations regarding the project or service. However, we’re always happy to assist in refining and shaping your vision. Please make sure to use only the official contact details listed on the Contacts page.

Pricing and Payment Prices for our services are listed on our website and may be adjusted based on the complexity and scope of each project. A precise quote will be provided after we review the client’s requirements. Payments can be made to our USDT TRC20 wallet address or via other agreed methods. We offer partial payments — in some cases, the total amount can be split into 2–4 installments.

Project Timelines We make every effort to meet the project deadlines agreed upon with the client. However, timelines may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances or project changes. We will keep the client informed of any delays and work to minimize their impact on the overall schedule.

  • Technical failures or service interruptions caused by third-party providers used in project implementation (e.g. hosting providers, payment gateways, extensions, etc.).
  • The client’s negligence in protecting their personal data — including weak passwords for admin panels, payment systems, or social media accounts that may contain sensitive wallet credentials.
  • The client’s actions after project delivery. Once the website is handed over, full responsibility for its usage and legal compliance lies with the client. The Administration acts solely as a technical contractor and does not manage the project post-launch.
